On Thursday, May 23, 2024, Natalie Suflita took on the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Rochester, New York!
The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge the largest corporate running event in the world. Events take place on six continents (I’ll let you guess which continent doesn’t host a J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge race…), are 3.5 miles long, and welcome participants of all abilities (from walkers to seasoned runners). Participants in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge participate as part of a team with their employer; these 3.5-mile events serve as good motivators for health, wellness, and community in the workplace.
Natalie was excited about participating in the Rochester edition of this event. This is not her A-Goal race, so she used it as a means to test out some strategies that we likely will be deploying in her goal race later this summer. She buddied up with her friend Jenn and learned a lot along the way about what works and doesn’t work for her. We’ll be using that intel as we progress toward her A-Goal race.
Well done and congratulations, Natalie!
