Why is a Running Video Analysis a great tool for you?

Do you know what your running form really looks like?

A Running Video Analysis session is extremely effective because it enables you to see what you look like when you are running.  This enables the coach to show you the parts of your gait that may be slowing you down or putting you at risk for injury.

What does a Running Video Analysis include?

A Running Video Analysis starts with a warm-up, and then we video you from the front, back, left, and right as you are running at various efforts and speeds.  

We then go over the video with you and give you individualized coaching by giving you personalized running drills and technique cues to help you maintain strong, improved form.  We conclude with giving you some strategies for how to implement these cues during your runs so you can increase your ability to hold good form for extended periods of time.

You will receive access to the video and a summary of notes covering what was discussed in your Running Video Analysis after the session.

What if I’m not located near a Full Circle Endurance Coach?

Don’t worry!  If you cannot meet us in-person, we can send you instructions to have another person (such as a family member or friend) video you properly and then analyze your running form via a video call.

How much is a Running Video Analysis?

The Consultation rate of $75 per hour* applies to Running Video Analysis sessions.  One hour is often enough time to conduct an effective session, but more time may be needed.

If you would like to follow-up your Running Video Analysis with additional sessions, these are offered at a discounted rate of $65 per hour*.

*The athlete may need to pay for a day pass for the coach and themselves to enter the training facility and/or travel time for the coach to come to the training facility, which are not included in the fee for a Running Video Analysis.  These potential fees are in addition to the charges listed above.
