A triathlon kit (more commonly referred to as a “tri kit”) is apparel specifically designed to be worn for all three legs of a triathlon or multisport event (such as an aquabike or duathlon) without having to change. Tri kits are not essential to do a triathlon or multisport event, but many people choose to wear them when they train and race. Are tri kits really worth the investment?

Open water swimming can be very intimidating for some athletes, and for good reason. Swimming in a live body of water comes with considerations and challenges that do not exist in controlled environments such as pools. This session will dive into detail about how to safely incorporate open water swimming into training so you can feel comfortable and confident in the open water come race day.
