Endurance athletes are too comfortable.  On at least a monthly (if not weekly or daily) basis, they run the same routes, do the same races, and complete the same types of workouts.  Intentionally and frequently introducing novel experiences into endurance sports training and racing can help athletes unlock their potential, enjoy their experiences more, and achieve higher levels of success than they often can imagine for themselves.

Laura Henry is a Syracuse, NY-based coach who is a USA Triathlon Level II Long Course and Level II Paratriathlon Certified Coach, USA Cycling Level 2 Certified Coach, VFS Certified Bike Fitter, and has successfully completed NASM's Certified Personal Trainer course. Coach Laura is passionate about helping athletes of all ability levels reach their goals and has coached many athletes to success.
