Swimming is one of the trickiest disciplines for athletes to improve their technique on because they cannot see themselves in the water as they are swimming. This is why working with a coach to get underwater swim stroke video analysis is one of the best ways for athletes to understand what their swimming form looks like and how they can optimize it.
A Swimming Video Analysis comes with a swim stroke analysis, swim lesson, video recording of your swim, and personally prescribed drills to help you correct or refine the most important aspects of your swim stroke.
You will receive access to the video and a summary of notes covering what was discussed in your Swimming Video Analysis after the session.
Don’t worry! If you cannot meet us in-person at a pool, we can send you instructions to have another person (such as a family member or friend) video you properly and then analyze your swim form via a video call.
The Consultation rate of $75 per hour* applies to Swimming Video Analysis sessions. One hour is not usually enough time to have an effective swim stroke analysis session or for the follow-up session to go over the video captures during the in-person session. Most Swimming Video Analysis sessions are at least two hours in length between both the in-person session and the post-session video analysis.
If you would like to follow-up your Swimming Video Analysis with additional sessions or swim lessons, these are offered at a discounted rate of $65 an hour*.
