Setting a time-based goal sounds glorious and may appear to be simple enough at face value, but it can quickly turn into a frustrating and unrealized goal if it isn’t approached appropriately. This session will discuss how to set appropriate time-based goals and what it takes to successfully train for and accomplish time-based goals.
