Why Multitasking is a Myth…Especially When it Comes to Workouts

In a world where people are increasingly busy and seeking to get as much done as possible, the idea of multitasking is incredibly, incredibly alluring.  The hard truth is that multitasking is a myth, and that’s especially true for endurance athletes while they are completing workouts.  If you want to reap the benefits and/or see performance gains over time, resist the urge to attempt to multitask while doing workouts.

Coach Laura is passionate about helping athletes of all ability levels reach their goals and has coached many athletes to success.
