Although it’s certainly possible to get sick any time during the year, the winter months in the Northern Hemisphere are when sickness runs rampant. Most athletes will be sidelined at least once a season by illness. It can be tricky to decide what the best approach is when this does happen. This session discusses what to do in both training and racing when you get sick.
