Fueling and hydrating workouts properly might very well be the most tricky and frustrating part of endurance sports training for athletes. This session will go over what it takes to successfully develop a sound fueling and hydration plan that athletes can implement in both training and racing.
Coach Laura Henry will be leading this hour-long session, which will include time for Q&A. This session will be recorded; anyone who registers will have unlimited access to the recording.
