Training plan design is a fairly complicated process. While many athletes think that getting in workouts - no matter what - is the most important thing, there are many other considerations that need to be factored in when deciding which workouts to do and when. This session will go over some of the most important workout planning considerations, including sequencing and timing.
Coach Laura Henry will be leading this hour-long session, which will include time for Q&A. This session will be recorded; anyone who registers will have unlimited access to the recording.
