All athletes will inevitably have the experience of training not going as they originally envisioned or planned. Many may have the instinct to double down on their goals and to think that they will achieve them despite training going awry. However, that’s not the best strategy for success. Modifying goals to be in alignment with how one’s training has actually unfolded is a better one. This session will go over how to do just that.
Coach Laura Henry will be leading this hour-long session, which will include time for Q&A. This session will be recorded; anyone who registers will have unlimited access to the recording.
