The holidays are in November and December. Maybe that seems obvious. However, despite the fact that we all know this, they can seem to sneak up on us each year and catch us off-guard. All too often, athletes have an optimistic view of what they will be able to do training-wise through this time period. Instead, athletes should take a pragmatic approach to their training at this time of year. This session goes over how to plan effectively for training through the holiday season.
